Mike is a licensed Realtor since 2002. Mike’s sweet spot is working with Buyers, patiently counseling them about the process, their options and coaching them so they are prepared, and therefore, ready and able to buy. He especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. More recently, he has become an investor, managing several rental properties and Airbnbs in the Detroit Shoreway/ Edgewater area. He enjoys being an ambassador of the city and indulging his guests to keep his “Superhost” status.
A native Clevelander, Mike is familiar with a variety of neighborhoods and housing options. Mike enjoys city-living, local hangouts, live music, a good pint of Guinness(especially with live music), and his daily fitness routines on the links or at the gym! He and Eileen raised their three sons first in Brooklyn NY, then home in Cleveland Heights and Shaker, now enjoying the empty-nesting lifestyle, living in the city, in historic Edgewater neighborhood, close to Lake Erie where he enjoys daily hikes with Weimaraner dogs Olive and Birdie.
