Britt is a skilled Buyer’s Agent, representing her clients in a strategic, information-heavy way. As a former educator, she excels at conveying the helpful information while preparing her loyal clients to write strong offers with confidence. As a transplant to Cleveland, Britt enjoys working with Buyers relocating to the area, proudly showing off her community and offering local intel for incoming families. Britt works with sellers in preparing their homes for sale, following The McKeon Group’s pre-listing and marketing strategies. When it comes to accepting an offer, Britt works with sellers to make sure they understand the various terms of an offer and help determine if the offer meets their overall goal of selling while advocating for her client’s best interests.

Britt lives in Shaker Heights with her husband Paul, young children Ellie and Jack. As a family they enjoy visiting Cleveland Metroparks and are always on the lookout for a new adventure. One aspect that Britt and Paul love about Cleveland is the culture and being able to introduce their children to a wide variety from such a young age. A few family favorites- the museums at University Circle, theater performances and Playhouse Square, and performances by The Cleveland Orchestra. The family enjoys a few camping trips a year with their neighbors, visiting family on the East Coast each summer, and looks forward to traveling more in the future.
